Nervous System Reset (The NSR):

A restorative experience designed to support relaxation, balance and connection between the body and nervous system. This session combines focused integrated relaxing massage, intentional verbal cues, guided breath work and Shen Men ear seed support to encourage a deeper sense of relaxation and calm that can continue with you after you leave the office. It is designed for those who feel overwhelmed, stressed, emotionally exhausted, or simply need a little help slowing down and reconnecting with themselves.

Personalized Auricular Therapy (The Pat):

Gentle Acupressure for the ears using ear seeds to support your individual wellness goals.

30 minute consultation with service of one protocol / $65
additional protocols (same visit) / $30

Monthly Auricular Therapy Membership (4 weekly sessions) / $80: available to clients who have experienced the relief that auricular therapy & ear seeding can bring and want to consistent support (membership includes 4 sessions per month with one protocol - additional protocols $10 each)
